Littlearth Eco Friendly Designer Mini Flair Handbag. This is certainly a head-turner. The bag is made using an old USA license plate and recycled Hub-Cap steel-chromed ends. The closure is a stud fastener type using a bottle top and has Swarovski crystal detailing on the closure. The bag is hand embellished using hundreds of certified Swarovski Crystals. There is a 9" crystal embellished recycled rubber grab handle. The bag is fully lined in felt. On the bottom are small chrome feet on which the bag stands.
