Littlearth Eco Friendly Designer Cyclone Flair Handbag. This is certainly a head-turner. The bag is made using an old USA license plate and recycled Hub-Cap steel-chromed ends. The closure is a stud fastener type using a bottle top and has Swarovski crystal detailing on the closure. The bag is hand embellished using hundreds of certified Swarovski Crystals. There is a 40" chrome finished chain steel shoulder strap which is detachable and can be position to carry the bag either Horizontally or Vertically. The bag is fully lined in felt.
