Littlearth Eco Friendly Cyclone Flair Handbag. This is certainly a head-turner. The bag is made using an old USA license plate and recycled Hub-Cap steel-chromed ends. The closure is a stud fastener type and has Swarovski crystal detailing on the closure. The bag is hand embellished using hundreds of certified Swarovski Crystals. There is a 40" chrome finished chain steel shoulder strap which is detachable and can be position to carry the bag either Horizontally or Vertically. The bag is fully lined in felt. The bag comes with a Numbered and Signed Certificate of Authenticity.
