Dents history can be traced right back to 1777, when John Dent established his company manufacturing accessories and fine leather gloves in Worcester, England.
The company continued to be successful and grow under the guidance of Dent's two sons, John and William, and by 1833 Dentsemployed around 133 craftsmen and craftswomen at its factories based in Worcester and London, engaged in hand cutting and hand stitching, a unique skill still practised today on their leather Dents Gloves
From early days Dents was an active exporter, successfully selling to the finest stores and shops in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia. The craftsmanship & skill which underpin Dents' worldwide reputation are still very much evident, and today Dents continues to exercise that care and attention to detail which has been its hallmark since 1777. Primarily Dents are famous for the crafting of fine leather gloves, Dents has always been involved with the designing and manufacture of fine leathervaccessories. Today the Dents Collection includes leather gloves, leather handbags, belts, hats, scarves, and small leather goods for men and women.
